Business Boost - Foundation gives you the tools, knowledge and confidence to master the basics of business, so you can experience more business growth with less costly mistakes.

Business Boost is exclusive for no more than 10 business owners who consider themselves pretty new to it all, who want to make 2024 the year they:

• Feel in control of their business

• Master the foundations of best practice business ownership so they don’t make the mistakes others have

• Know where their money is coming from next and what they need to do with it

What Outcomes Will Be Achieved?

This workshop series will clear away all the cobwebs and confusion about what you should or shouldn’t be doing in business. You will be all over it!

What sort of things will be covered?

Here is an example of some of what will be covered in just the first session:

• Knowing what you can claim against your income while still being on the right side of IRD

• Different options to get cash into your own back pocket without putting you in tax debt

• Getting your business structure right to protect you and your personal assets

• Understanding how ACC works and your options for cover

• Knowing what you are entitled to if you have an accident

About your facilitator

Shelley Roche is an accounting powerhouse with the uncanny ability to make even the most complex ideas easy to understand. With over 16 years of experience under her belt she really knows her stuff. 

This workshop series condenses years of Shelley’s experience of coaching new business owners over common hurdles down into six epic sessions.

How Is This Different?

This is not Shelley just standing in front of you for hours talking about accounting (thank goodness!). These are interactive sessions, with guest speakers, which will really cement the knowledge you need while learning alongside other new business owners just like you.

The Business Boost – Foundations workshops guarantee a truly unique experience:

When and where?

We have packed everything into 6 x 2 hour sessions. The workshops run every second Thursday from 20 June. The event is held in person in a relaxed location in Omokoroa, just 15 minutes out of Tauranga.
