We have streamlined it to make it super simple:

- we send you a link to sign electronically 
 - we talk to your old accountant and organise getting the info we need.

You won’t need to contact them at all if you don’t want to. We can take care of it all.

Where are you?

We are based in Omokoroa and most of our clients are in the Western Bay of Plenty and Tauranga areas. While we can meet virtually, we prefer face to face meetings because our clients get so much more out of it. We do this by meeting you for a coffee at your place, our place, or at a cafe close to you. We just love a cuppa!

We believe in our clients using the most efficient, smartest software to streamline your accounting. This is why we only work with Xero.

Xero is easy to use and works behind the scenes to help you save time. Xero performs those tedious, repetitive tasks that take you away from doing the things that can add more value to your business.

At Clear Mind we offer full training and ongoing support on Xero and can transfer all your files for you from any current software provider you use. This is then one set of data we can both work from in real time. This is great because we can give you support throughout the year and can tidy up any issues early.

Do I need to buy expensive software?
